Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item if applicable.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to help resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once used.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
